    I've eaten at Pat's in Henderson many times and never had anything less than good food, and often great food.  I'm disappointed to hear that they've opened other locations; that's often the downfall of restaurants.  It certainly was for their competitor in Henderson, Landry's.  Now they're everywhere and not worth the stop.

    On the Waffle House thread, it's one of my favorite stops.  As one of the regulars wrote in another forum, it's the best place to get breakfast for dinner.  Hash browns scattered and smothered, with a pecan waffle, well done.  And who the heck else serves raisin toast with apple butter?
