Char Cheddar Polish with Grilled Onions

The Associated Press and the Chicago Tribune visited Hot Dog University today. Our menu included a jumbo, natural casing, char cheddar Polish with grilled onions, a bag of Jay's chips, and a Coke for $5/tax included. Next week, we'll be serving a char cheddar salami sandwich with grilled onions. Videos, photos, and stories will follow.
