Coffee grounds on steak is NOT a new idea. At least one chef in Houston has been doing that for years, and I saw him give the recipe on a local news show a couple of years ago.
Last week, GF had beef tenderloin prepared that way at Café Red Onion, and it was superb. I didn’t think it would be, but it was.
