Blue Bell Lemon Ice Box Pie Ice Cream

This is one of the best Blue Bell flavors but I have been unable to find it lately. It's probably seasonal so if anyone finds it in their local store please post it here so I can continue my search. Thanks.

I just saw this at Brookshire's in Pine Bluff,Arkansas .. looked wayyyy yummy
I didn't notice it being Bluebell .. but I remember showing my aunt the flavor and saying how yummy it looked ..  Cranford's might carry it as well

I haven't seen it in Texas, but wanted to thank you for the inspiration - I made lemon pie filling (lemon juice, zest and sweetened condensed milk) and used it as a flavoring & swirl (also swirled in blueberry pie filling) in some homemade ice cream this Memorial day - delicious!

haven't seen it around here,but I'll look. Brenham is not too far from me, and maybe I'll check out their factory tour.I bought a pint at H.E.B. of their Summer Berries icecream, boy it was good.

I would KILL to find this flavor of ice cream somewhere! Years ago an ice cream/espresso shop in a theatre in Greensboro had lemon ice box pie ice cream - complete with graham cracker crust crumbs - that was just wonderful. My good friend and I would stop there on "rationed" visits and if they were out of that flavor, we would turn around and walk out!

Is Blue Bell found in the dreaded Wal-mart stores?

They don't list this flavor on their website as yearly or seasonal.  Sure it was Blue Bell?

You're right, I checked their website and this flavor wasn't listed. It was definitely Blue Bell and the last time I saw it was in Winston-Salem in a Walmart but that has been over a year ago. Looks like I'm out of luck.
