Help on renewal-was charged 19.95 but not showing as an Insider.

On April 21, 2010 my credit card was billed via Paypal for my Roadfood renewal. Shortly after I deleted all my credit cards from Paypal due to ongoing issues with them. Now when I access the Roadfood website-it tells me I am no longer an insider and need to resign up. However, I paid the 19.95 on 4/21 and there has never been any credit put back on the card-I just called my cc company.
Please advise,
