Baileys - thank you, the potatoes were super easy. I just boiled them whole until they were just tender and then sliced them when they were cool and brushed them with oil ans sprikled them with S & P and then grilled them over the direct heat while the tenderloins were on the other side of the grill with the indirect heat.

Here's a recipe I used on Father's Day. They were excellent: GRILLED GARLIC LIME PORK TENDERLOIN 4 – ¾ # Pork Tenderloins MARINADE 6 large garlic cloves chopped 2 TBSP Soy Sauce 2 TBSP Grated Fresh Gingerroot 2 TSP Dijon Mustard 1/3 C Fresh Lime Juice ½ C Olive Oil Cayenne to taste In a blender blend ingredients with S & P. Combine Pork & Marinade in a Ziploc at least 1 day or 2 days. Bring to room temp before grilling. Grill 15-20 minutes or 160 degrees. Serves 6

That does look very good! How thick did you slice the potatoes and what is the sauce on them. Thanks

Ces - I cut the potatoes about a half inch thick, any thinner and you have a chance of them falling apart on the grill. The sauce on them is a combination of sour cream, cottage cheese, fresh chives from my garden, fresh crushed garlic and salt and pepper. But it has to be made ahead of time and sit in the fridge for awhile so the flavor get better!

I like the combination of the mustard sauce for the meat and the sour cream sauce for the potatoes.

Do you remember what variety of potato you used? I'd like to give them a try sometime. And since they're boiled ahead of time I can throw them into the pot with the ribs, just like JRPfeff taught me.
