Looks like a Grapefruit and Avocado salad, and a poached pear in raspberry chocolate sauce with some kind of cheese shavings.

Your photos are lovely.
I agree on the first one but I was thinking those were fresh coconut shaving with the pear; what ever the shavings were, it looks terrific.
