Hello everyone. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Dan I'm in wilkes barre pa and I cook on a 6ft trailer mounted rig that I have a blast cooking on. I did some ribs and chicken on saturday, and some brisket started last night for today. This bitter cold has forced me to break out the old welding blankets. Take care all, talk to ya soon. Dan

That looks better Dan, Welcome to the boards. Any info (generic) you can add to the running of a trailer business would be of interest to some of our posters,(purchasing supplies?? Timing, Setting prices for the outings, etc. Just don't blow your sale horn to much !! Foodies- As Stephen says we aren't here to look at folks ads...I talked to Dan and think that the thread will be pointed towards questions that may arise about running a portable BBQ business and cooking (literally) on the road. That certainly is a unique experience, and one I would like to know more about. What works on my little Brinkman might not on a 6 ft trailer be hauled to a cookoff in Kansas or the like. So if you have thoughts , post'em AL

Love cookin' in the cold. Of course, I do prefer summer, being fanned with peacock feathers by members of the sex that is opposite from my own. Not that I have ever known this, mind you. No peacocks around here, nor those to operate the handles. Still, I do love cooking.
