Web Sites for BBQ Crazies

We need a central spot where we can post websites we find that would be interesting and of use to others. Many of us have sites we like. let's share them somehow. Here's one I just found while looking for a meat thermometer that would work with a grill rotisserie Has a bunch of stuff in it for BBQ Nuts! http://www.amazingribs.com/

Granted. I gave it Considerable thought and couldn't figure out where else to put it. It doesn't fit most categories. You have any suggestions ???
