Thanks for the kind words. Buffetbuster, the sopapillas at Rancho de Chimayo' WERE great - but the ones at Plaza Cafe were even better! They were SO good! Wish I could join the tour, but school will be in session. I'm going to have to go back sometime, though, because I never did get a green chile cheeseburger.....
