What a great way to break a diet!

Yesterday was my last designated cheat day before I start my upcoming trip a week from Thursday.. My friend was sponsoring the kiddish at Historic Touro Synagogue in Newport, so before I went for services (this isn't something I normally do on a regular basis) I decided to walk to Jiggers Diner (is there any other way of getting there?) for a breakfast of champions.  Jonnycakes and a Side bacon! (taken on my cell phone) A great way to begin a Saturday morning
