Either make your own favorite Marinara sauce or buy your favorite, cut it with some liquid chicken stock to thin it some, cut up some cooked chicken breasts, skinless, or COSTCO chicken strips, add to sauce, mix in some shredded Mozzarella, to your taste, add either whole cream or 1/2 & 1/2,  put it in a crock like one used for french onion soup, top with Provalone, at LEAST 2 slices, under the broiler till nicely browned, enjoy with some homemade garlic, cheese toast.
