I thought the following Portland (Maine) Press Herald article from back on July 28, 2010 interesting as it reports that breakfast, in particular, was "fueling growth in the food service industry" and in as much, also represents nearly 60-percent of the industry's recent traffic growth:  A Breakfast Breakthrough
