Rusty246 Can we have the batter/breading recipe start to finish??? I've fried ALOT of chicken in my time, mostly just flour, s & p. Rarely I'll do an egg wash then flour. I want my chicken to look like that! Please and thank you. And, I mostly deep fry also. marinate in buttermilk a few hours flour and finely ground up unseasoned corn chips along with all purpose flour seasoned with poultry seasoning, granulated garlic, s & p some flat beer eggs combine the flour, cracker, seasonings combine buttermilk, beer, beaten eggs dredge the chicken once in the liquid then the flour let sit in cooler at least 1/2 hr repeat dredging deep fry at 375 approx 10 min till a golden brown-temp the breast the first time you do this, people send back underdone chicken 100% of the time Let me know it works for you!
