Couldn't make the "quote message" function work at all today. However, when I replied to a message after clicking on the "quote" icon, I did get the "underline" icon and the "URL as text" icons. They still don't show up as part of the normal "Quick Reply" or "Full Version" windows.

Reply to message > Select "Quote message" > Click "Show Message Replying To" if the quoted message does not show up in your reply window. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't but if you click on "Show Message Replying To" it will put it in your reply window if it is not there. This always works for me.
