See if you can get Greymo to give you his recipe for baked sauerkraut. I took it and added bacon and onions, but Greymo's original is fantastic.

Tom, I am laughing so hard that I am crying. Actually the whole scene would have been a great commercial for your restaurant..........................the gracious lady who will put up with anything and contine to enjoy the food.
