Looks good to me. Do you chop the beef or keep it chunky like in the first picture? Fries are appealing ... Good use of the 'wiz.

Michael Hoffman I've got Old Dominion Root Beer on tap, costs me $125.00 per keg, folks love it, however I also have Boylen's, Virgil's, and A & W,in bottles, alas no Stewart's.

Hi CTF, I would just use a Amoroso Roll, for a weigh to press the sandwich use a brick inside a cast iron skillet on your flat grill, Presto, Panini grill...just your kind of equipment............look at their demo on the web site.........................Take care, hope your having a good weekend.....Bill

I disapprove where is the ketchup and mayo on the philly. You sir have destroyed a masterpiece. ______________________________________________________________ North Quincy High School Honor Roll yummmm rolls especially buttered rolls.
