   Our Talapia in a lime and pepper, Tortilla, crusted coating, deep fried , garnished and with our stand by Collards and Chubby fried potatoes[potato, sausage, onions, fried with a little olive oil] , thats our Tex-Mex homemade sauce painted on top!
