Lo all! Just thought I would introduce myself to the forum. Names Mark... I posted here just for the fact that soups and chowders are one of my strong suits! I own a landscaping biz and looking to do a cart or or concession trailer in the winter months. Have cooked for 36 years, since I was 14, for anyone and everyone bold enough to pull up a chair at my table an try it out. Wish I could put a resume together for cookin but unfortunately The only references are family an friends. Anyways I will be around awhile and look forward to swappin recipes with you guys an gals! tc Mark

A soup cart would be different. Really good soup with not one Campbell can in sight. I have gone out of my way for the fish chowder at Barnicle Bill's in Amityville, LI and for the Lobster Bisque at Linck's in Centerport. A great Chowder Cart right off I-95 during a cold winter ---yeah I can dig it. Lots of shells in the parking lot. And Oysterettes----gotta have Oysterettes.

You get cartons with lids ---- and fill them up with chowder and the soup of the day (soup de jour for you Connecticut snobs) ----yep--- Build it and they will come !!!!!! You may have to quit your summer business. Soups On-----Lordy, Lordy !!!! The aroma (get a fan to blow it over the highway) will cause traffic jams----advertise in the Truck Driver's Gazette.
