Breakfast tacos in New England?

How do you guys and gals think these Yankees would take to em off a cart or concession tailer? A lil Chorizo, eggs, potatoes an cheese with a lil hot sauce over the top. Maybe eggs, bacon, potatoes an cheese? Con Carne? It is not a norm here at all. In fact I haven't seen anyone at all in the state of CT (not to say that there isn't anyone sellin it). In my area, If it caught on with the locals it would be a gold mine!
