Simply put, my Beef Ribs with a homemade Marinara sauce on top, if you think they look good, they taste pretty incredible to boot, far better than putting a BBQ sauce on the ribs as many do, out of habit, not need!  Would you try these?    Pictures by Katie.

Pretty much the same way as Beef ribs, you just need to be careful cutting the ribs, which we will do for you then sauce them, I wanted to show a whole rack, sauced...speaking of getting sauced, my wine beckons!
