Smoked Filet Mignon, sloppy Joe, Pics

Over smoked some Filet that was labled Brisket, darn, the case set me back $1.59 a lb., was I delighted, yes, I was, it came from IBP the Packer, so my supplier wasn't out a dime. We oversmoked it, so I turned it into a Sloppy Joe, let me tell you, this is REALLY good.
