In Utica, Illinois, out on Route 6, you will find an old farmhouse with a large alligator statue next to the road. In this house you will find some of the best cajun food you'll ever eat. It is called Ron's Cajun Connection. Ron is a relocated cajun from Lake Charles, LA.. This place is a must. They were just nominated to ABC Nightline's Platelist contest.
