Best Way To Make Hot Chocolate On A Cart?? Wed, 11/10/10 10:26 AM (permalink)
[Helpful answer received] / [List Solutions Only]
I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to make hot chocolate on a hot dog cart? I was at the motocross track last night for one of their practice sessions and it was pretty cold (for Arizona). A few of our customers asked if we had anything hot to drink (which we didn't), but it got me to thinking that if we're going to stay open with night hours during the winter, we will need to have some way of making coffee or hot chocolate...any ideas how to do that on a hot dog cart? Worst case scenario would be to get a small generator and use that to power a coffee maker, but our truck is already loaded with so much stuff, I don't think we would have room for a generator.

Thanks in advance for the help and advice!!
