Great news! I'm still waiting for you to send one of your graduates here to New Jersey. There is only place I know of that serves Vienna Beef hot dogs. They are primarily a cheesesteak restaurant and do not prepare the hot dogs well. Gray from being left in boiling water too long. Still tasted ok, but would love to have this dog prepared the right way. Chicago style or just plain with mustard. I would be a repeat customer.
