Bertha's Kitchen, Charleston, South Carolina

Keep an eye out in an upcoming Saveur magazine for a story we wrote about Charleston soul food. Meanwhile, I'll share a few photos of the marvelous food at Bertha's Kitchen. First, the mighty hamhock:
