You toss some of my slaw into your trap, you will quickly change your mind about celery seeds. I've had people break into tears because they finished their slaw, all professed a hatred for celery before I talked them into trying it. I always end up giving them another free side of it to stop the crying, unfortunately the whole process repeats itself.
People who come in here ain't much interested in counting calories, Mar, they are hunting incredible flavors, Pork Belly Turkey deliveres the goods!

Not necessarily. Most of the Brazilian Churrascarrias I've been to have turkey breast wrapped in bacon. Keeps the breast incredibly moist. Not exactly low calorie but delicious.

I think you may have outdone yourself with this one, Chewy.  Looks absolutely irresistible to me, and I couldn't leave the building without trying it.  Your pork belly-wrap concept could actually become a national obsession.  It's an eye-popper for sure.

Thanks Mellow, I bet your right, if folks only knew how tender and tasty the belly is and what a wonderful way to keep another meat[Turkey, Filet, etc] moist during a long low temp smoke, enhancing the flavor of said meat, this product would go off the charts. The Belly costs me $3.16 a lb.
