Charge for "extra" BBQ sauce

Some people I know recently ate at a place called the Pearl Country Store in Micanopy, FL http://www.pearlcountrystore.com/bbq.html They really raved about the BBQ there and next time I'm in the area I'll give it a try. One thing I' noticed while looking at the online menu was it stated each serving of BBQ came with 2oz of sauce. "Extra" sauce was $.35 for 2 oz. I thought this was quite unusual and don't believe I've ever seen a BBQ place charge for more sauce. The prices were quite reasonable though.
