The Hopkins House of Pensacola, Florida now has a web site. It's still a growing site -- history and more pictures to be added. What's great about it is that not only does it tell about the Hopkins House itself; it illuminates the glorious rituals of boarding-house style meals in the Deep South. In one of my cookbooks at home, I have a recipe for Hopkins Boarding House squash casserole. It has become one my family's favorites. I will post it from home.
Great website, would love to visit there!
