We fly to NY on April 19, do paperwork etc. Then leave to Pittsburgh the next day to see Deb's sister, maybe try to buy some kitchen equipment... We've already bought some gear on various auctions in Chicago and other places, so we'll stop to pick stuff up as we cross the country. Denver, Salt Lake, Oregon coast to pick up Mom, then back to Alaska! Debbie needs to be back on The Slope May 2nd, so it will be a busy two weeks - MANY thousands of miles.... As for the 'motorhome concession' I've seen a couple, would not be caught dead eating food out of them! I think most do not operate legally...

I thought the one in Anchorage was bad!!! We just got back from the Re-start and 3 of the 5 trailers there I would not even feed my dogs out of The trailers looked like crap!! I forgot to take photos. The 2 that were busy had nice signs and looked clean

Thought about it,But there is suppose to be a waiting list. There was a bunch of vendors there, I like my area as I will be the only one in 100 miles one way and 300 in the other

I'm thinking of doing the Fairbanks farmer's market, since Anchorage is over 500 miles from me! I don't think I would do my cook trailer though - probably a E-Z-Up and sell my chocolates, keep the trailer ready for fire season.

No, I mean the Fairbanks Farmers Market, it's out by the college. Open Wed and Sat, most vendors do $500+ days selling cookies and hot dogs! We're going to do our chocolate products. We will also do the Palmer Fair since it's "The Biggie" and also smaller community events. Last year we did Pioneer Days in Valdez and sold over $1,000 of chocolates in two days, so we know people up here like our goodies!

Well it's been a while since I posted photos, This is what the wife came up with as far as color Should not have a problem finding us in the snow. We were going to decal it up but as Alaskan weather goes its to cold for stuff to stick so we are going with banners,Yes we will have to take them off for travel no big deal as we are only going to run the trailer on weekends. I will post photos of the finished inside with all the equipment in a week or so. Been a loooong project for us but we had no deadline. Can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Done ? What's that ! In a week or so I'll post the finished product minus the banners going to take a few weeks to get them in. I'm packing up the boat and headed out deer hunting I need a break ! A few more weeks til it snows so I have time. A true ALASKAN waits to the snow starts to fall to get ready for winter

Trailer lights Trailer Furnace 3 burner coffee maker warmer hood fan and lights 2- fridges 1 small freezer Micro Pizza oven/warmer Open sign with everything running at once minus the micro and pizza oven the generator is at 40% according to the panel guage with the micro on it jumps up to 80%
