Thank you! We may be aired on Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre Foods this Tuesday. During his summer trip to Chicago, he toured the Vienna Beef factory, while our class was in taste panel.

Big Wally remembers & rules! Yesterday, Vienna Beef was featured on Bizarre Foods, hosted by Andrew Zimmner on the Travel Channel. During the taping of this show last summer, the film crew taped Hot Dog University students in the taste panel kitchen. However, that segment was not part of yesterday's episode. The show was dedicated to Chicago food and it was an honor to see Jim Bodman, the owner of Vienna Beef, taking Andrew Zimmner on tour of the factory. This is the same tour that I lead when training Hot Dog University students.
