not smoked just make it in a crock pot (oh oh) i said it.... and yes mixed with sauce.. thanks Buck

Buck & Vi's not smoked just make it in a crock pot (oh oh) i said it.... and yes mixed with sauce.. thanks Buck toss it after 3 days MAX, 2 days to be on the safe side. Hold it in a Ziploc that you've gotton all the air out of!

3 days is fine.Frankly, probably 4 if your fridge is at the proper temp, but freeze it on day 3.

Setting aside the question of non-smoked, crock-pot-cooked barbecue ( ), your question is in itself an oxymoron. Left-over pulled pork barbecue? With all due respect, suh, they hain't no such thing!

I cook a couple cases then re-heat as needed. Any that I re-heat and don't use I don't sell again as PP. It goes into stew, beans or tacos. Pork is cheap and I want to serve the best I can.
