Black Oak,
I have a few questions.
1. What gauge/type of diamond plate do you have on the floor?
2. What type of welder, solder, etc. would I need to do the metal work using the square tubing displayed in your pictures?

A wire feed welder is what will give you that smooth weld and the best is a gas feed wire. If you can find one on criagslist you should beable to find one at a resonable price. That was a good price for that Miller. Mike

I got the sink size,4'6"L X 21"D X 12" H from the drainboard. Jimex corporation of Alameda,Ca model#ss3-10.

If you have your fresh water on one side and your grey water on the other side, how will this work plumbing wise? Is your grey water under the sink and you are snaking your fresh water plumbing under and across the truck some how? Curious to know how you are making it all work. Thx.

BlackOak I see you have your water tanks on opposite sides of your truck. What type of piping will you be running under your truck to connect your sink drain to your waste water clear across the truck?

I also have low roof and thinking of raising the roof especially where the hood is. any pointers on this move?

Lookin slick! I like the way you placed and vented the water heater.
I'm with Barbeque Barn, you'll appreciate a proper 3-bay sink. They're pretty easy to find used. Get one of decent size/price and then you can fabricate drainboards to your liking.
