Gray's Papaya in NYC closed

Just read on line that my favorite Manhattan Hot Dog joint, Gray's Papaya on 8th Avenue, has closed. I know there are differing opinions on the dogs at this place but I always found them hot, fresh, and tasty, not to mention a great spot for people watching. Back in the day it was always a great stop for me on my way to Penn Station after an evening of after-work "Happy (Several) Hours". http://newyork.grubstreet.com/2011/02/doggone_grays_papaya_closes_he.html
