Help-Trying to Cancel Membership

Hello,
My subscription was automatically renewed on Feb 26. I didn't want to renew.
It's my fault, but I thought I would be notified in advance that it was about to renew -- other services do that (AAA, Wall St Journal, for example). You should get Pay Pal to do that too.
Anyway, I love it, but am just not using Insider enough to justify the cost. Can you please cancel and refund my money please?
