You might think about making a sign saying your place is 'World Famous, as seen on the BBC'. BBC America is one of the fastest growing networks at the moment, and their broadcasting does go worldwide. Don't be surprised to see some Aussies walking in some day.
Many folks equate BBC with Ramsey or at least, quality food. You never needed a re-tooling as your menu/ food will speak for itself.
Speaking of the BBC, I love watching Top Gear...

WOW, two big events this month, the Royal Wedding and Chewy's film Debut. The only thing I'm doing is hanging around animals named Goofy, Pluto and some mice................GGGEEZZZZ what I would do to be Chewy. Like Mar says, I know I can, I know I can, I know I can...........only dreaming, some day...................

Well?! How did it go?
Really well, 1 take, about 15-20 minutes of me running my mouth to the veddy British interview lady's questions, my daughter got some face time on camera answering a question. They filmed all around the place. Who knows it may all end up on the cutting room floor...will air on the 12th or 13th, Will give a heads up as to the channel and time, they will also give me a link which I hope I can post! One take Tom!
