Cracking eggs ... a silly question
Is there a method to crack eggs into a frying pan without breaking the yolks? There's nothing better at breakfast than mopping up those lovely yolks which you will not get if you break the darn thing. I crack them on the edge of my pan (rounded lip on the pan) and have maybe an 80% success rate. Am I just a klutz or is there a proper way to do this? Thanks in advance for your help.
