Home of the Teen Twist, anyone remember tham, there was one in Bethesda, Md., great place to cruise chicks, when Hot Shoppes opened down the street, it put a hurting on them, but they had a lot of loyal teens ordering their fare...now they both are gone, easy to get into a fistfight at either place, LOL!

The Teen Twist was the Hot Shoppes ham & cheese sandwich. Tops had a similar one but I can't recall the name. Their burger was The Topper.

CTF, Here's the early Tops menu (p6) and some history: http://www.historicfairfax.org/HFCI53.pdf You probably remembered steak because their burger was called the Sirloiner. It was the Topper in a platter. I think they were sponsors for the Milt Grant show on channel 5. Good memories.
