totillie- Just the thread title got me drooling this morning. Two weeks in New Mexico sounds like an amazing time. Please report back and tell us about where you went and hopefully you make some great new green chile cheeseburger discoveries. In the meantime, here is the king of them all, the GCC from Bobcat Bite!

Looking forward to the new list as I'm headed off to NM again in less than two weeks for eight nights of GCCBs. A return trip to Bobcat Bite is definitely in the works.

I have spent several weeks in New Mexico and I have enjoyed the green chile burgers many times as well as the wonderful tamales. One thing that I did not know that NM was the leading producer of pecans in the USA? Their production of chili peppers is outstanding. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN
