Taco Bell's Quesadilla Sauce

Taco Bell's Quesadilla Sauce known as Jalapeno Spread is some good stuff. I make this whenever I can and I put it on way too many things (sandwiches, chicken tenders, baked potatoes, etc).
 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon diced canned jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon juice from canned jalapeno peppers
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash salt


1 In a blender or food processor puree the diced jalapenos.

2 Add together the mayonnaise, jalapeno juice, cumin, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

3 Blend until smooth and jalapeno is completely pureed, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt, as needed.
