4th of July Phatburgers

I'm making a Pearl's Phatburger with bacon and cheese for lunch this afternoon. Purchased some Niman Ranch 80/20 ground chuck, Nueske's bacon, and Sargento sharp cheddar cheese at Sunset foods yesterday to make "The Best Cheeseburger I Ever Had." After chowing down one of these at the Mill Valley store in December, I've been hooked on Niman Ranch burger meat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mZ9mJNKTs8 CSD

Well, my friend, I will have to bring you a pound or two of Karl's ground chuck. This old German wurstmacher grounds his own, and I havent had better since the 70's. No seasoning, etc.. needed. HIS meat, in the form of a hamburger, is the best.
