I'm making a Pearl's Phatburger with bacon and cheese for lunch this afternoon. Purchased some Niman Ranch 80/20 ground chuck, Nueske's bacon, and Sargento sharp cheddar cheese at Sunset foods yesterday to make "The Best Cheeseburger I Ever Had."
