My Restaurant Need a Name

What would be a good name for a hip, fun casual restaurant that promotes itself as loving local, organic, sustainable foods?

"The Organic Hippie". Far out man! "Wee Bee Organic". Customers will say "Let's go to Wee Bee"s" "The Organic Husker" Anything with Husker in it sells. What's on the menu?

Do yourself a favor and take the cash and flush it down the commode. In my opinion only, Restaurant work and owning it is the hardest job in the world. Chewie has made it past the norm. Most folks never do. It is a dream. You cannot charge enough to warrant the work. Owning your own business is only comparable to natural childbirth (not that I would know anything about it). It sounds good but the experience obviously is overated. I have owned my own business twice and the stress of paying the bills, payroll, constant taxes and other stuff was overwhelming. Get a real job and let others do the real stuff. Good luck. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN

Beer Bellies and BBQ don't fit that category IMHO Sounds like it's gonna be for Skip & Buffy, not Bubba & Peggy Sue!

Well, based on the "sustainable" food philosophy, how about "Let Them Eat Cake"?
