i just got to try bear bacon and man let me tell ya, thats some good stuff !
i have some moose bacon waiting in the wings for tomorrow :)
and have a friend hunting down pickled moose nose.......eehhh, we will see, i'll try anything on a plate once, lol....
whats some of your favorite "exotic" meats ??
