The Lexicon of Real American Food

My copy of the latest book by Jane and Michael Stern arrived yesterday.
It's a long list of foods and food terms from American Chop Suey to Ya Ka Mein (the latter is new to me). A lot of photos, although many entries do not have them, some recipes, and some profiles of food legends and some advice on where to get some foods.
I was delighted to see an entry for Old Forge Pizza
, but no mention of Joe Rogo
Some entries are a surprise: Now I know where the term "doggy bag" came from!
