Kalispell MT to Yellowstone National Park to Coeur d"Alene to Seattle: fun food?

We are driving from Kalispell to Chico Hot Springs, and on to the Old Faithful Lodge at Yellowstone, then home to Seattle by way of Coeur d'Alene Idaho, Spokane WA, Moses Lake, Ellensburg, Cle Elum... I am looking for fun and unique places to grab a bite. Thanks
