And here I am today, making lard from the half pig I bought Hey Joe, I was wondering who would say something about the toast. If it wasn't for New Haven I would have been in deep trouble. We are having a pig roast in Sept, wish you lived closer.............Good luck with the lard, looks like you bonding quite well with the little pig now..........pnwchef

With reference to a few of the preceding comments, I like my burgers on Eziekiel (brand) "Bran for Life" toast. Far less carbs, fat, sugar and calories.

Twinwillow With reference to a few of the preceding comments, I like my burgers on Eziekiel (brand) "Bran for Life" toast. Far less carbs, fat, sugar and calories. TW, I was bustin Billy because I am sure he is missing Louis Lunch back in his home state

Hamburgers on toast remind me of the hamburgers/cheeseburgers that they had many years ago at Friendly's in New England. I still like them that way and occasionally we make them that way at home.
