I decided to take up an offer to sell my BBQ at a local restaurant (cooking on site). That turned into deciding to do vending at a local mud jam. Then I found out that there are only a few vendors for this event and the turn out is expected at 8k-10k people (typical draw for this type of event in the area. Well I realized that my little 150 gallon smoker on wheels was not going to do the job needed. So I bit the bullet and bought this one off of a close friend of mine (he is looking to downsize his set up). I plan to build a concession area between the two smokers so that I can load and unload the smokers from within the concession area. It will take a while to get the money up for it, but it will definitely be a unique build.
