OMG!!! I just had this today. A $5.50 ice cream sandwich, one of the best ever. Large homemade chocolate chip cookie with chocolate chocolate chip - and ancho chile - ice cream!! This is a very specific place in NYC, I know they have a few locations, but I don't know where. They are known for their superb chocolate.
Not only was it chocolate-y and choppy but the chile powder was remarkable and left a nice post-ice-cream tingle!
