Pepper Steak from the Pasture and the Garden

The Garden is coming to a close, I thought of  a dish that I could use everything , Pepper Steak. Green peppers, fresh picked Roma Tomatoes, Walla Walla Onions, Cabbage, Carrots, Mushrooms. We raise our own Grass feed cattle so I took out a 2" slice of Sirloin and cut it up.
